Sometimes moving on takes a lot of time...

Hello my Freaky Darlings!
Oh wow! Has it really been two months!? Massive changes have happened in that time - none of it planned or expected...
The start of June was met with heartbreak. The relationship to my wonderful partner came to an end. It was unexpected. It was his decision. The main reasoning was differences in important, fundamental life and future relationship stuff. As much as I didn't want it to happen, it was an amicable split and we are still friends. 🙂
It has been very hard for me to process, work through and come out the other side.
But here I am! I made it!
July has seen me experience the fiery crucible of looking, visiting and applying for a place to live, not to mention the stresses of packing up all my belongings ready to move. Finally, after a long process and many hoops jumped through, I am now renting my own little place!
I have made some new friendships, and rekindled some old ones.
My art, and everything associated with it, took a back seat during this whole shift. Now, I'm feeling ready to start creating again! But not just in an artistic or craft sense, but in a life sense too.
"Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself!"
~ George Bernard Shaw
Time to get a new sketchbook...
Much Love and Blessed Be
