WIP Wednesday & Life Update #02

Hello my Freaky Darlings!

I hope you're all having a good week! Thought I would share with you a few bits of the last seven days...

The weather’s been a bit wet, and it’s got rather cold all of a sudden - had a couple of -2℃ nights! Sunday was just fog, all day.

Lookit* these funky armchairs! 😆 The plain colour cushions were added by me.

Still working the Day Job. Thursday was spent with Dum and Mad*, cooked breakfast at CMC Cannock^ this time 😋 We had a mooch around a couple of big charity shops too. In one I found an awesome couple of funky armchairs and a footstool that had only just arrived into the store. Apparently they were from a hotel that shut down and was being cleared out. I had to have them! Now they’re sitting nicely *cough* in my living room, and I finally have somewhere comfy to park my guests! 😛

I have updated the gallery with some more pictures of my work; all the pieces I did for Inktober 2019 (late, I know… 😖). Published my first blog post of the year: Happy New Year 2020!

In Progress This Week:

I am working on my Inktober 2019 Roundup blog post, hoping to have that published by Friday. And I am in the process of painting and waxing some Ikea Hejne wooden shelving units for the living room - keeping them simple with plain black.

Oh! There’s a tour gig, with my new favourite band and others, at the *only* rock pub in town on Friday that I’m really looking forward to as well. Hoping it’s going to be epic fun! 🎶🤘😁🍻
