WIP Wednesday & Life Update #03

Hello my Freaky Darlings!

Hope you’re all well. I’m pretty good, had a happy ending to last week 😊

The weather has been much the same as before - cold and wet.

Thursday saw me out for breakfast to a local cafe with my parents. Then on to the next town over with just Mum, as Dad had time sensitive work he needed to get done. We had a wander around the charity shops. I was looking for clothes to customise, but came away empty handed, unfortunately. Next, we went to Red Lion Farm^, famous for their Jersey cows and farm-made ice cream. We had a nice hot drink, cake, and a good chat!

Now, Friday, the day I had been looking forward to all week… was great! The bands were awesome and I got to spend time with some of my favourite people and band members! 😄

Saturday was spent recovering and playing computer games, mainly Subnautica and Lego Lord of the Rings.

Sunday was chilled, listening to music and working a bit on the website.

Monday, Tuesday, and today was back to work...

On The Website:

I have published the first of my "tying up loose ends" blog posts: Inktober 2019 Roundup. A few days later than I wanted, but it's done! 🎉

I discovered however, after publishing and sharing it, that the layout of my post, while it looked fine on desktop, was a mess on mobile. I tried editing it from my phone and it messed up even more! 😫 I had to go back on to desktop and redo most of it. Now it looks much better on both versions. Anyone reading it at the time may have seen the post inexplicably shift around before their very eyes! Now I know to check both versions in future. 😅

The Index of Odd has been updated with a new word, "lookit", from last week's WIP Wednesday post.

In Progress This Week:

Section of the mystery string art project

I am working on the mystery string art project blog post. Hoping I will have it published before the weekend!

Still in the process of painting my wooden shelving unit; I opted for a double unit and each piece needs two coats so there’s a lot of wood to cover! 😝 Not to mention juggling it around my crafts and the Day Job… 😪

I have no plans for the weekend, this could be subjected to change though... 😁
