A "Company" Update

Hello my Freaky Darlings!

Well, it's been a veeery long time hasn't it? Life and, I guess, feelings of inadequacy about my creative and artistic abilities took over. The brain gremlin* battle is real!

Anyway, that's enough whinging, excuse me while I shoo the violinist...

I mean, it's not been all bad; I've had some wonderful life stuff happen over the last couple of years and I have been doing arty things, just nothing I felt was worth sharing until now... Maybe! 😅

I've decided the best thing I can do is turn to a new page and have a bit of a fresh start with a good ol' rebrand. I feel that "Emily Raven Crafts" is a bit meh and twee*. After some consideration and throwing around ideas, I've settled on "Corvus Arts"; I think that sounds a bit more professional while still representing me and what I do. (If you didn't know, Corvus corax is the latin name for the common raven 🤓)

On The Website:

You will start seeing some changes to the look of the website soon, mainly the name and part of the logo (see the picture on this journal entry 😉). The primary web address, or url, has also changed to corvusarts.com - the original emilyravencrafts.co.uk still works too and I have no plans to get rid of this address, it just won't be the one that gets shared much anymore.

Hopefully, you will also start seeing more regular updates from me again! 🥳

My socials, Instagram, Facebook, etc, and YouTube will start to look a little different soon too.

All the old posts will stay, for posterity.

Other Projects:

I have a couple of other big projects in the works at the moment, as well as Corvus Arts, that are getting close to being realised, but they're secret so please don't tell anyone... 🤫😏
